We also offer more flexible cancellation policies. Free up to 2 days before your arrival to ensure your peace of mind.

When you have completed the booking process, your confirmation number will appear on screen. We will also send you an email with all your booking information.

Yes, you just have to request it by mail and send us your details.
Modification and Cancellation
Yes, in order to cancel the booking free of charge, the customer must send an email 2 days before arrival. More information in the general booking conditions.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in : Apartments from 15:00 to 22:00 hours | Villas from 17:00 to 22:00 hours
Check-out: Apartments 12 noon | Villas 11 a.m.
If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform our customer service. After 22:00 you will have to pay a supplement of 40€.

Yes, you can book a baby cot. It costs 5 euros per day.
Yes, pets are allowed for a fee of 30 euros.
